Updated Commissar.

Unfortunately as with many FW miniatures this one had a fair number of casting errors. I fixed many of them but it still an ongoing process. So far I like the guy; it is moving along quite nicely

I *love* how you've done the black trench coat - it really looks like leather! I've been experimenting with all sorts of methods of painting back to achieve this sort of look, and you've done it perfectly. Thanks for the inspiration, I hope you don't mind if I use it!
