Apologies for the title I've got a lot done since the last update, including the chaplain, two death company dreadnoughts, the commander and his honour guard.I've had a couple of people contact me asking why I've left the scrollwork so light and plain. This is because there will be some 'scruipture' of some description on all the scrolls in the amy, be they armour detail or actual parchment. Both the bloodbowl figures I'm working on are now complete, as are the deeath company. Sadly only the pics of BB mini's have come out looking okay. Now underway are the fleshtearers honour guard and commander, I'll get pics of those and the ocmpleted death company next time.   

All the figures i'm currently working on are nearing completion so there may be a new unit in the next update.The death company just need some detailing including eyes and chapter symbols. The chaplain is a little nehind as he has loads more detail and a couple more highlight stages, more on him next time. The roller and blitzer are all but done, I'll be going round and touching up any areas that are a bit bland, nd need to do a couple of the spots where the rider meets the roller. Just a quick one; heres the pics of the bloodbowl figures as they are. The deathroller pilot is in all black, but I have highlighted the various bits of his kit in different colours. With the aim being to break up the figure whilst still being 'black'. The blitzers mask seems perhaps a little too bright(the red anyway) although that may be the picture. These are the first images using a new lighting set up, and I definitely need an extra light source when I try again.  

Lots of things underway at the moment, sadly nothing completed as yet. First off is the continuing Death Company for the flesh tearers force, the whole squad is up to this stage but the rest were out of focus :P The roller itself is pretty much complete, and the pilot will be, at least comparatively, easy.Now well underway is the Elf Blitzer, part of the same comission and painted in the style of Boba Fett. Still a bit of work to do but I'm quite pleased with the kind of grubby/dusty effect ...

Just a quick update;All fleshtearer assault troops are complete, and have begun work on the death company and chaplain. Heres a pic of the 'test' marine I did for the death company colours; Shouldn't be too long till my dedicated workspace is complete now, which should make both photo taking and serious painting a lot easier.  The fleshtearer assault troops are nearly all complete, here are some pics of the 12 completed and the last 8 still 'in progress' the main bodies are just missing a blacklining stage, I still find it surprising what a difference it make to the figure overall;  And finally, the first shots of the Deathroller I am doing around the Fleshtearers as another commison. the first five Fleshtearer Assault Marines are complete.Again, most of the bases are unfinished, I tend to save the bases to do all in one go as it's the only time I use a drybrush :P I'm going to probably complete all teh assault marines over the next few days. But in between coats of paint, I now have a second commission project to work on, which does mean the space wolves have been set back, but I'm looking forward to painting up these pair of bloodbowl miniatures.It should be a nice chance ...

I'm still not feeling 100%, so progress has been slow, the Wolves are temporarily on hold so I can put all my attention into the Fleshtearers.This is the first completed squad(barring their bases), theres more underway, so I should have a couple of 'in progress' shots for next update.  The aim was for a 'good gaming standard', which I think I've managed so far. As always, comments are welcome.  

I now have two fully assembled Space Marine armies that need painting. there are my own Space Wolves, using the new plastics with some other bits and pieces and an all assault troop Fleshtarers army I am painting as a commission. The Fleshtearers have come to me already assembled and undercoated.
